IRISH LANGUAGE CLASSES 2024
Irish classes Every Tuesday and Saturday
Free Irish classes are held during ACT school terms at the Canberra
Irish Club. The classes are run by the Canberra Irish Language
Association (CILA). Beginners' classes on Saturday mornings at
11.30am; intermediate and advanced classes on Tuesday evenings at 6pm
and 7.30pm respectively. An
informal comhrá /conversation group (open to
everyone) meets on Saturday afternoons from 4-5pm. at the Club.
Due to Covid, there may be some restrictions on class sizes.
The craic is even better in Irish!
