To assist health authorities in the event contact tracing is required, all patrons are required to register their visit to the club. 

Scan the QR code upon entry to the venue for a quick and easy way of registering your details and visit.

Alternatively, this can be done either manually by entering your first name and  telephone number on the sheet provided at the Club.
